Uruguay bad boy Luis Suarez was ruled out of the World Cup and the Premier League until the end of October in a mammoth FIFA ban.
The FIFA disciplinary committee , after more than 10 hours of talks over Wednesday night and this morning, banned him from nine competitive Uruguay games and four months of all football activities.
