Yesterday will for Victor Moses be a day never to be forgotten as he was named the Nigerian Footballer of the Year 2013.
The honour was awarded him by the Nigerian Sports Award beating Mikel Obi and Sunday Mba who were also nominees for the award.
In the same manner, Perpetual Nkwocha grabbed the Nigerian Female Footballer of the Year 2013.
The event took place at the MUSON Centre, onikan, Lagos State, Nigeria where the great man Stepphen Keshi was awarded the Nigerian Coach of the Year 2013.

Alhaji Aminu Maigari - Sports Administrator of the Year
Blessing Okagbare - Track and Field Star of the Year
Divine Oduduru - Discovery of the Year
Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan - Sports Governor of the Year
Mikel Obi - Sports Man of the Year
Blessing Okagbare - Sports Woman of the Year
