RAILWAY CORPORATION - A NEW CHANNEL OF CORRUPTION

Corruption in Nigeria as come to stay with the great help of some corrupt individuals. After being removed as the chairman of PDP, Bamanga Tukur was on Tuesday 21st of January 2013, appointed the
Chairman of Nigeria Railway Corporation by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. To many, this is a display of lack of sense of judgement on the part of the President. The railway company at the moment needs a responsible and reliable personnel to steer its ship not someone with series of unsolved allegations. Bamanga Tukur, a man who could not successfully man a supposedly stable PDP was now given the responsibility to ressurect a dead sector of the economy. What a life! I hope Mr. Bamanga Tukur will prove Mr. Ppresident right. GOD BLESS NIGERIA

ANAMBRA ELECTION - INEC DECLARES WILLY OBIANO WINNER

The APGA's governorship candidate, Willy Obiano as been declared the winner of Anambra State governorship election.

Obiano pulled a total of 180,178 votes while Tony Nwoye of PDP came second with 97,700 votes.
In like manner Chris Ngige of APC and Ifeanyi Ubah, the labour candidates grabbed the third and fourth spot respectively with 95,963 and 37,495 votes.
