He fell ill yesterday and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo.
Unfortunately, he passed on early hours of Monday morning.
Mr Toskwa was made the speaker when Mr. Isa Ajiya, was impeached.
He was aged 47.

Taraba State House Of Assembly Speaker Dies @ 47
He fell ill yesterday and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo.
Unfortunately, he passed on early hours of Monday morning.
